The GYM opens from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

All users should wear appropriate apparel and footwear to comply with the requirements of the gym, otherwise the access to and use of such facilities will be refused.

• Using the gym is exclusive for persons aged 16 or above only. Persons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a personal trainer to use the gym.

• People who are not making use of the gym, will be requested to leave.

• Persons using the equipment in the gym are responsible for their own safety. They are advised to seek guidance and assistance from our staff if necessary.

• For the safety of all users, please refrain from preventing -or interfering in- others’ use of the equipment in the gym.

• Please handle the equipment in the gym with care. Users are responsible for any damages to the facilities or equipment, and a full compensation should be made at market rates.

• For the benefit of all, it is requested that you return equipment to the corresponding place when finished.

• In case of any doubt, complaints on using Gym equipment or equipment breakdowns, we request that you immediately contact the Front Desk or any personal trainer for assistance.

• Private coaching, assessments and other related activities are not allowed without prior authorization from the gym management.

• All users are required to follow the instructions of the trainer in charge.

• The use of a personal towel is required in order to avoid possible contagions and the deterioration of the machines. Once you have finished your session, leave the towel in the basket.

• Please do not speak loudly inside the Gym.

• Please mute your mobile phone when inside the Gym.

• Smoking, eating and drinking (except water) is always prohibited inside the gym.

• Steroids usage in the gym is strictly prohibited.

• Membership and Personal training sessions are non-refundable.

• The Management will take no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of users’ belongings left outside the lockers.

• The Management will not be responsible for any loss, injury or death of anyone using the facility.

• If any of the rules are breached; the management has the right to revoke the membership.
